I was exceptionally pleased to be asked to write a piece for Outdoor Photography magazine last year which has since been released in their January issue.
While this is a real high moment in my landscape photography it is tinged with great sadness at the same time.
As many of you will have already heard that the editor of Outdoor Photography Magazine, Steve Watkins sadly passed away on December the 9th.
Steve was truly an inspiration to all and was constantly searching out new talent and it was he that gave me my first chance to write for the magazine.
His energy and dedication was admired by all that worked with him and he made a huge impression in the photography world and will be sadly missed by all.
Our thoughts are with his family and his team at this time.
